The Opportunity
Join our high-performing Lisbon Hub as part of the Switzerland Actuarial Team and play a key role in supporting consultants at our Swiss office. In this position, you'll be instrumental in ensuring efficient business operations, focusing on billing management , client documentation , and process optimization .
You’ll act as the go-to expert for billing-related matters while also handling broader administrative and organizational responsibilities. If you're looking for a role where you can contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and make an impact — this is your chance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the monthly billing process , collaborating closely with consultants to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Lead the dunning process and track outstanding items to ensure healthy financial performance.
- Prepare in-depth evaluations, analysis, and controlling reports that support strategic decisions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for billing-related inquiries, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Create and edit presentations and documents in English, German, and French tailored to diverse client needs.
- Manage a variety of administrative and organizational tasks that support the daily flow of operations.
- Assist in planning and delivering internal training courses to foster continuous learning within the team.
- Support and co-lead projects, including the technical brochure , ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English and German ; French is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A quick learner with a solution-oriented and structured approach.
- The ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities effectively.
- A can-do attitude , attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- High proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint .
