At XHOCKWARE, we are designing systems that directly address service and customer satisfaction for Retail Operations.
We understand customers, retail operations and technology, so we are in the best spot to drive change.
We use Web technology as the core for all user-facing interfaces and interactions, so as a Full Stack Developer, you will be at the forefront of all our initiatives.
We are rebuilding many of our single-page apps from scratch, using VueJs, Framework7, and Cordova , just to name a few. We are implementing a component-based architecture and are looking for someone to help us envision, plan, and build it.
If you're an Engineer who likes to take ownership and work with complex systems, if you like tackling challenges every day, and love Full Stack development, then we have the right position for you.
You will be a member of our engineering team, tasked with planning and developing new features for our current and future products (we have plenty of ideas!).
We are looking for both senior engineers who can lead change, as well as juniors who will help us grow.
The ideal candidate must be self-directed, a fast learner, and flexible enough to work with new technologies as well as legacy components.
What will you do?
• Working directly on our products within cross-functional engineering teams;
• Improve our existing codebase and assist in migrating legacy code;
• Continuously improve the quality of our products;
• Work on developing new features and creating new things from scratch;
• Assist in Product Management with feature design, user experience and roadmapping;
• Make mistakes and learn from them;
• Keep learning: learn new technologies and don’t be afraid of trying something new;
• Work in a team full of talent and competence that loves to share their knowledge with colleagues and with the community;
• To be able to present ideas and suggestions for improvement, whether related to technology or internal team processes;
• Speak English and be a team member.
Who are we looking for?
• Experience in Javascript and Typescript (experience with Vue or React would be great);
• Knowledge of backend technologies. (PHP would be a plus);
• Experience with HTML and CSS3;
• Understanding of JSON and RESTful web services;
• Good understanding of Git;
• Good understanding of Agile metodologies like SCRUM or KANBAN;
• Would be nice if you had some experience in Unit/Functional testing with tools like Jest.

To be aggreged according to candidate experience (21000 - 38.000 Eur /yr)
