What will you be doing?
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Actively challenge and reflect on existing business models to ensure efficiency and innovation.
- Prepare and execute test plans, support acceptance testing, and provide assistance to end users.
- Facilitate communication between the business and development teams.
- Accompany the development lifecycle, including implementation follow-up and collaboration with testing teams.
- Present and discuss requirements clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support more junior team members and contribute to their growth.
- Help identify new business opportunities in alignment with the client’s strategy.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT consultancy projects.
- Experience working with Jira and Office365 (Excel).
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Experience with test plan creation, acceptance testing, and user support.
- Interest in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Fluency in English (read, spoken, written);
- Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
