Backend Developer (all Genders)
The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Back End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end development and be proficient in our tech stack. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our back-end systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient. Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement APIs, including RESTful and SOAP services, for internal and external consumption.
- Design and manage data migration
- Set up and maintain message-driven microservices
- Implement log management solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing project objectives and timelines.
- Work on performance improvement, and security compliance.
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).

- A Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years proven track as backend developer in an agile environment
- Proficient knowledge of Spring Boot, Java and Git .
- Strong experience in designing and developing REST API and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, software architecture, microservices or frontend development are highly appreciated
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and knowledge of best practices.
- Portuguese on native language level (C1 or higher)
- Proficient in English for business purposes, German is a beneficial addition but not essential
- Based in the Greater Porto Area.
