Scrum Master (all Genders)
Your Role
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum events, remove obstacles hindering team progress, and ensure adherence to Scrum practices. You will coach the team in agile principles, promote continuous improvement, and shield the team from external distractions. Acting as a servant leader, you will foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Responsibility for the process of applying agile methods within product development.
- Develop, establish, and support agile workflows in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Promote an agile mindset by applying appropriate methodologies and techniques.
- Work closely with development teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify emerging issues or conflicts and find solutions.
- Generate new ideas and regularly exchange experiences with other Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches.
Who You Are
Respectful interaction with colleagues and a strong value system are important to you. You are a humorous personality who values and nurtures team spirit. You bring:
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Ideally, certifications in the relevant field.
- Experience in a Lean environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Portuguese on native language level (C1 or higher)
- Proficient in English for business purposes, German is a beneficial addition but not essential
- Based in the Greater Porto Area.
