We are recruiting a Scrum Master to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Solid experience in hybrid (face-to-face and remote) and international environments;
- Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, emotional intelligence, empathy and conflict management;
- In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and preferably SAFe;
- Experience with online collaboration tools, such as Mural;
- Ability to teach values and agile methodologies, as well as build and unit teams;
- Experience in facilitating workshops and moderating dynamics;
- Ability to drive change and support teams;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a coach for the team and the organization, promoting an agile and lean mentality;
- Ensure transparency in work processes and team flows;
- Create a safe, resilient environment that encourages learning from mistakes;
- Facilitate team self-organization, promoting sustainable productivity;
- Manage agile artifacts and support the team in choosing the framework or method best suited to their needs;
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and group dynamics to improve team performance;
- Teach and mentor the team and the organization on agile practices and promoting continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with other teams to generate synergy and align objectives;
- Support the Product Owner, ensuring the product vision and alignment with the team;
- Help the team to maintain a broad and strategic perspective on the project;
- Ensure a motivating and sustainable working environment for everyone involved.
