As our Sales Support & Data Analyst you are energized by::
Sales Support:
- Supports client order management.
- Secures that deadlines for product launches are met in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
- Assists on the invoicing of the department expenses.
- Works together with the Sell-Out Manager on the definition of promotional routes and the team motivation plan.
- Manages the preparation and delivery of incentives for teams.
- Participates on the preparation of special activations for stores.
- Prepares sales analysis and develops tools to monitor sales activities.
- Submits monthly Sell-Out reports with achievements vs target per BA.
- Sales Support Material: orders management, consumptions follow-up on a quarterly basis, manage requests made by sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong expertise in Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, Spanish highly appreciated.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proactivity, curiosity, ability to think "out of the box".
