We are looking for a Project Manager motivated to lead complex initiatives and drive delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
You will join a collaborative, dynamic environment where communication, structure, and continuous improvement are key to achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate recurring meetings to track project progress and ensure alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and estimated
- Coordinate project resources — people, budget, infrastructure — to ensure efficient execution
- Guide and empower development teams, promoting adherence to the selected project management methodology
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance and workflow
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders and development teams
- Maintain transparency with all project stakeholders regarding status, risks, and outcomes
- Monitor progress against goals, timelines, and budget
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare structured project reports and documentation for senior management
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT environments
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication capabilities
- High resilience and problem-solving ability under pressure
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities across teams
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience with DevOps (MS Azure) is a plus
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I / CSM) preferred
- PMP certification is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Englis
