An exciting opportunity is available for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join a forward-thinking team driving cloud transformation initiatives. The role is ideal for professionals skilled in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, with a strong focus on designing and implementing robust cloud solutions.
This position involves supporting cloud migration and deployment efforts, working alongside developers and solution architects to ensure that systems are secure, scalable, and efficient. The environment encourages continuous learning, including opportunities to pursue cloud certifications and develop new skills.
Effective communication in English is essential, as the role requires regular interaction with global stakeholders to design and deliver tailored cloud strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver customized cloud-based solutions
- Offer technical guidance to maximize the value of IT products and cloud platforms, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Identify opportunities for technological enhancement and support engineering improvements through strategic recommendations
- Design and implement migration strategies to cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud and AWS
- Maintain a security-first mindset, following best practices to ensure system integrity
Core Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Google Cloud and AWS environments
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Proficient with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, including Git, GitHub, scripting (e.g., Bash), and Linux
- Understanding of cloud infrastructures across public, private, and hybrid environments, including network design and cost optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Foundational knowledge of FinOps principles
- Certifications in Google Cloud or AWS are a plus
- Involvement in designing and executing cloud migration strategies
