We’re looking for a junior Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon - Carnaxide office - where you can grow professionally and take your career to the next level.
We count on you to:
- sourcing potential candidates that comply with our culture and vision
- be the owner of a differentiating recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- partner with hiring managers to identify key needs and requirements
- application screenings and interviews
- keep candidates and all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the selection process
- give inputs and ideas to the team
For that, you must:
- be people-driven
- be aware of good recruitment practices to apply them following internal requirements
- have some experience in IT recruitment (max. 1 year)
- face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
- develop your emotional intelligence
- ability to communicate in English
