Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience;
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good level of English (spoken and written);
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
- Expertise in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM);
- Strong experience with Windows Server (2019–2025) and Active Directory;
- Scripting skills (Batch, PowerShell);
- Hands-on experience with networking components;
- Azure knowledge is a strong plus;
- Strong troubleshooting and lateral thinking abilities;
- Proactive mindset with a passion for technology and continuous improvement;
- ITIL Foundation certification is considered a plus.
Work Model: Hybrid — 10 days/month remote; remaining days in-office (Lisbon).
