Job Description
We are looking for a Onboarding Support to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities
- Owns the accuracy of regulatory reviews and ensures clients meet all compliance standards before sign-off.
- Communicates confidently with clients, Relationship Managers, and senior stakeholders via email or phone.
- Consistently meets individual and team deadlines and performance goals.
- Create and update standard operating procedures when needed.
- Reports progress, risks, and issues to management and key stakeholders.
- Spots and solves compliance gaps, while identifying non-compliant clients and defining clear remediation plans.
Profile:
- Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Law or related field.
- + 1 years of Banking Operations or other relevant experience.
- Strong capacity to comprehend, articulate and facilitate change.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel.
- Financial regulations and financial products knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilient, curious and keen to investigate.
- Attention to details.
( Hybrid work , with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
