About the Role:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in Business Development and Sales Strategy ? In this role, you will be at the heart of driving growth and building strong relationships with key clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, accurate reporting, and impactful presentations that influence decision-making. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to shape commercial offers and optimize processes that make a real difference in the market

Main Responsibilities:

You will manage customer support activities, from creating new product forms and updating technical sheets to tracking orders and analyzing sell-out data. Expect to dive into sales forecasting , update reports daily, and prepare insightful presentations for leadership. Campaign analysis will be part of your routine, ensuring every initiative—from Christmas to Easter—delivers measurable results. Moreover, you’ll organize commercial offers, extract proof of evidence, and maintain accurate databases that support both Modern Trade and Impulse Ch a nnels.

About You:

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about business growth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Management , you bring strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Power BI , and BW is essential, along with fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
