Customer Service Arabic C1-C2 + English B2Provide support to advertisers using digital advertising tools, ensuring issue resolution and high-quality service.
Location: Lisbon On-site
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 15:00 or 11:00 to 19:00 (8-hour shifts)
Languages required: Arabic C1-C2 (preferably Egypt, Jordan, or UAE variants), English B2
Start date: 15 January 2026
Salary
Base salary: 915 euros per month x 14 months
Monthly bonus : 200 euros per month x 11 months
Meal allowance : 7,63 euro daily
Work Permit
Valid work permit for Portugal required no visa sponsorship provided. Candidates must already live in Portugal or hold a valid work permit.

Your Role
Provide B2B support for advertisers in Arabic-speaking markets
Handle troubleshooting and product support via email and chat
Collaborate with technical teams for case resolution
Maintain accurate, timely case documentation
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the case journey
Educate advertisers on product features and best practices
Contribute to operational improvements
Requirements
Arabic C1-C2 (preferably Egypt, Jordan, or UAE variants)
Experience On Paid Campaign Management Is Mandatory
Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience in Digital Marketing
Contact Centre / AdTech support experience
Familiarity with digital advertising tools
Strong customer service orientation
Teamwork and independent working ability
Valid work permit for Portugal required (no visa sponsorship provided). Candidates must already live in Portugal or hold a portuguese valid work permit.
