For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 7 years of professional experience working as a Release Manager or Delivery position
- Professional experience negotiating, planning and managing all release activities
- Experience enhancing release processes, CI/CD pipelines and automation efforts
- Experience with object-oriented languages (C#/Java) and Scripting languages (Bash/Powershell)
- Proven experience with SQL and Relational Databases
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge with Code versioning and CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of TDD/BDD and Orchestration tools (Control-M, Airflow)
- Financial Knowledge (plus)
- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2), French (plus)
- Available for a Hybrid work model 2 times per week in Porto
