Join the yellow team as our new Senior UX/UI Designer!
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery;
- Design and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma;
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries;
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions;
- Translate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiences;
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation;
- Mentor junior designers and help establish design best practices;
- Advocate for the user in product discussions and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS products;
- Strong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systems;
- A portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UI;
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insights;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion;
- A good grasp of technical constraints and how design impacts development;
- A curious mindset and drive to continuously improve the product and user experience;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Important Information:
- Hybrid work model: needs to work at the office 4 times per week in Leiria.
