Must-Have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
- Experience in managing IT projects and C-level stakeholders
- Experience in defining a project plan in collaboration with different teams (internal and client)
- Proficiency in systematizing solutions to be implemented by the client
- Experience working with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Atlas
- Experience in analysis, planning, organization and prioritizing tasks
- Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
- Team spirit
- English proficiency
Would be great if you have:
- Experience in the financial and payments sector and/or digital solutions area
- Knowledge of Infrastructure management
- Mastery of system architecture and technologies
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish
- PMO Certification
