Job Description:
The candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), including the management and configuration of the FSM module. They will work collaboratively with the technical team, supporting developers in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow. The candidate should possess strong technical architecture skills, with the ability to understand requirements and design and review technical solutions. This role also requires strong client-facing capabilities, with the ability to discuss detailed technical and functional solutions with customer stakeholders.
Must-Have:
- More than 5 years of experience in system development
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
- Proven hands-on experience working with ServiceNow FSM
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Availability to work in a hybrid work model
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Would be great if you have:
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, FSM and CTA
