Role Overview:
We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to integrate a one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries.
What you will do:
As a 2nd/3rd line support engineer, you are the expert who knows how to solve complex disruptions, customer questions and new releases around Intune, MS Endpoint and Microsoft 365 Defender.
What you are like:
- In-depth knowledge of MDM expertise through Autopilot/Intune;
- Experience with Windows Devices management expertise;
- Experience with Windows Information Protection (WIP) expertise;
- Knowledge of MS Endpoint DLP expertise, McAfee Cloud Proxy expertise, and with F5 PerApp VPN expertise is plus;
- General knowledge of Azure (IaaS / PaaS);
- PowerShell skills and the desire to automate as much as possible.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator in the English language.
