Profile description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Administration, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise backup platforms such as Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, or Dell EMC Networker;
- Management of storage systems (SAN/NAS), including provisioning, zoning, RAID, replication, performance tuning, and capacity planning;
- Monitoring and administration of backup consoles, analytics tools (e.g., OpsCenter, IT Analytics), tape libraries (e.g., Quantum i6000), and SAN switches (Brocade/Broadcom);
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems and strong understanding of networking/storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB);
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) and automation/scripting (Bash, PowerShell; Python or JavaScript a plus);
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills;
- Availability for on-call service when required;
- Good English level (minimum B2).
Mandatory requirement: Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
