YOUR MISSION

As a Glovo Senior Sales Executive based in Porto, you will be a key representative of our company's sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores aligned with the local growth strategy. In addition to signing partners, you will play a key role in onboarding them and ensuring they start performing immediately at Glovo. The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with local stores to display them on our Glovo platform.

THE JOURNEY

  • Build strong relationships and identify opportunities with the most relevant accounts in the northern region of Portugal, including the cities of Porto, Braga, and Coimbra
  • Be analytical and strategic in identifying the best opportunities for Glovo to sign new partners, whether it's missing content by tag, city area, or through benchmarking against competitors
  • Seal partnerships with the best accounts, always aligned with the company goals
  • As owner of your own pipeline, you'll make sure to prioritize your leads and to guarantee full alignment with Glovo strategy
  • Ensure a fast and smooth onboarding process, with partners starting to perform immediately afterward
  • Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
  • Help identify and resolve operational or performance blockers within the team, working closely with the Account Managers team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Overachieving targets is a must
  • For you nothing is enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf
  • Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen
  • 3+ years of hands-on sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • English knowledge on at least B2 level
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed while driving their own results
