Descrição da Função
Join Conectys’ IT team to deliver first-class end-user support in a Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environment. You’ll troubleshoot user issues, manage devices with Intune, and help us continuously improve our service.
- Resolve L1/L2 tickets for Windows, M365 (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint), printing, and connectivity.
- Provision users and devices; manage licenses and MFA in Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
- Enroll and support devices with Intune; apply policies, apps, and updates.
- Maintain accurate asset and ticket records; create knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with infrastructure/security when escalation is needed.
- Recent graduate or 6–12 months in help desk/desktop support.
- Comfortable with Windows 10/11, basic networking, and M365 admin basics.
- Strong communication in Portuguese & English; customer-first mindset.
- Certs (nice to have): CompTIA A+, MS‑900/AZ‑900, MD‑102 (or in progress), Network+, SC‑900.
