Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Process Analyst to join our team and take a role in optimizing business processes and driving value through automation and process mining. In this position, you will be at the forefront of improving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of a range of customer-focused process solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for process improvement, project management, and a desire to work with cutting-edge automation technologies.
Must-Have:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in process analysis and redesign, particularly in multi-functional business environments
- Strong background in process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret business requirements and drive process improvements
- Fluency in English is required
- Availability for a hybrid working model in Lisbon
Would be great if you have:
- Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certification
- Experience of various related BPM capabilities such Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools
