About the job
The Tibco Developer will design, develop, and maintain Tibco-based solutions, integrating systems and APIs to support telecom infrastructure. Our ideal candidate has solid Tibco experience, strong programming skills, and enjoys solving complex integration challenges.
We will rely on you to
-
Develop and implement Tibco solutions for telecom systems;

Design, code, test and debug applications using Tibco BusinessWorks and related tools;

Integrate systems and APIs for seamless communication;
-
Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical specifications;

Optimise Tibco applications for performance and scalability;
-
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues;
-
Stay updated with Tibco technologies and telecom trends;
-
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards;
-
Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
What we're looking for
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
-
3+ years of experience in Tibco development (telecom a plus);
-
Proficiency in Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, BW6;
-
Strong programming skills in Java, C++ and XML;
-
Knowledge of telecom protocols and systems;
-
Experience with API development and integration;
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
-
Strong understanding of database management systems;
-
Tibco certifications preferred.
