We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a project in Lisbon (remote).
What are we looking for?
-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring a variety of roles in a SaaS or tech company;
-Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally with experience hiring across multiple countries;
-Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise essential);
-Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — credible, consultative, and collaborative;
-Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions;
-Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
