We are looking for an Amazing: Java developer
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience developing applications using Java (Java 8+).
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services (e.g. EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with containerization using Docker.
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and SQL.
- Experience with testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
- Understanding of distributed systems and application performance.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
