JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our team, working across multiple client environments and geographies. The role involves maintenance and support of platforms, software installation, and cloud infrastructure operations.
Main responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and Support (Level 1 and Level 2) of multiple platforms installed at different clients
- Software installation and configuration in client environments
- Management and operation of cloud-based solutions, including SaaS environments
- Operation and support of private cloud infrastructures
- Monitoring, alerting, preventive actions, and incident resolution
- Collaboration in contract and service management activities with clients
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and OpenStack
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow, Redmine or similar)
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud (nice to have)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
