About the job
The purpose of the Scrum Master is to to coordinate and coach software development team.
Our ideal candidate for this role should have a good knowledge of the scrum framework and the ability to coordinate people and projects.

We will rely on you to:
- Be responsible for coach team members in Agile frameworks;
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups;
- Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests;
- Manage project scope and timelines.
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP);
- Experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
