What is this challenge about:
- Design and implement complex Linux-based solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Manage Linux servers across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE).
- Optimize and enhance automation processes using a variety of automation tools and solutions.
- Monitor system performance and apply tuning and optimization measures.
- Manage patching solutions and ensure correct, automated execution of updates.
- Define and enforce security policies, system updates, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and produce status and capacity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure projects, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:
- +5 years of experience in Linux system administration within enterprise environments.
- Advanced administration of Linux operating systems, including SUSE, Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux, and Solaris.
- Solid experience with LVM and storage management.
- Advanced administration of proprietary patch management solutions such as Red Hat Satellite, SUSE Manager, and OSMH.
- Experience managing virtualized environments using VMware technologies (ESXi, SRM, NSX, vRealize) and Oracle Virtual Machine.
- Advanced scripting knowledge for Linux environments.
- Relevant technical certifications are considered a strong advantage.
- Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a multinational and remote work environment.
- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
- Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish.
