We are hiring a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist for a project in Almada.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or similar;
- IT background is essential, with strong knowledge in DATA/AI;
- 10 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, preferably in IT or technology consulting;
- Proven experience in team leadership, KPI setting, and results tracking;
- Mastery of lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and conversion funnel optimization;
- Advanced experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Analytics and AI applied to marketing;
- Develop the Marketing & Sales team, set clear KPIs, and monitor results;
- Plan and execute inbound/outbound campaigns, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing;
- Optimize the lead journey, ensuring high-quality MQLs and SQLs;
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
