Role Overview:
We are looking for a GenAI Specialist to join a leading global financial institution recognized for its strong digital transformation, extensive customer base, and commitment to innovation, delivering comprehensive banking services with a focus on customer experience and sustainable growth.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for leading Generative AI solution development using Azure OpenAI and vector databases, managing a team to drive innovation. Collaborating with business units, you will translate needs into impactful AI applications while ensuring ethical governance. Additionally, you will monitor AI advancements, advocate for data best practices, and provide strategic guidance as a subject matter expert.
What you are like:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including significant hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain);
- Experience with Python, Docker, Git, CI/CD methodologies;
- Proven ability to design, build, and optimize AI solutions using techniques to improve GenAI accuracy and performance;
- Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows;
- Deep understanding of governance, ethical considerations, and risk management for AI applications;
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business transformation through AI;
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
