What is this challenge about
• Lead a team of approximately 5 people;
• Gather requirements and work closely with business and technical stakeholders;
• Define and implement GenAI architectures ;
• Translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of generative AI solutions;
• Ensure best practices in quality, security, observability, and scalability;
• Support technology decisions and monitor performance, cost, and solution quality.

What we are looking for
• Proven experience in technical leadership of engineering teams;
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI architectures , including:
- LLMs , embeddings/vectorization , RAG , agents , and orchestration ;
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and AI pipelines ;
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and DataOps practices;
• Experience with CI/CD , automation, and deployment ;
• Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as:

OpenAI , Azure OpenAI , Databricks ;

LangChain , LlamaIndex ;

Agent frameworks and GenAI pipelines;
• Strong understanding of security and compliance , including prompt management, log auditing, sensitive data protection, and access control policies ;
