Join the yellow team as our new Senior Database Administrator!
Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and secure mission-critical databases.
- Work with Oracle RAC, DataGuard, GoldenGate, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with international DevOps and infrastructure teams.
- Drive scalability and reliability across multi-sector projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- More than 5 years of experience in Administration and incident resolution for Oracle databases.
- Proven experience in the following technologies within the Oracle ecosystem:
Oracle Data Guard (configuration and management).
Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) (administration and operations).
Oracle ASM and shared storage management.
Oracle Restart.
Oracle Golden Gate (implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting). - Spanish mandatory (minimum B2 level).
- English is mandatory (minimum B2 level).
- Participate in On-Call rotation.
- Planned interventions during the weekend.
- Requires full alignment of the working schedule with the Chile timezone.
Nice to have:
- Oracle Administrator Certified Professional certification in 12c/19c.
- Knowledge of Exadata, EXACS (Exadata Cloud Service)
- Experience in more than one database engine:
SQL Server.
Postgresql.
Important information:
- Must be living in Portugal.
- Hybrid work model in Almada or Aveiro.
- Time: 14:00 - 23:00 (Work Time Chile).
