In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
We are seeking a Data Steward to join our team in Porto (hybrid).
Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 3+ years’ experience in data management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with data governance tools (Data Catalog’s, Data Quality Observability).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python and/or similar languages for back-end scripting.
- Minimal knowledge of Git, usage of Git branches, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, willing to go the extra mile and work at own initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure, to work independently as well as to be a team player,
particularly across different sites and time zones;
