Description
Um/a Incident Management Team Lead bem-sucedido/a deve ter:
- Manage the end-to-end incident management process to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and 3rd parties to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Monitor incident trends and develop strategies for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL and ITSM best practices in all incident management activities.
- Prepare and deliver regular incident reports to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact during high-priority incidents and escalations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the incident management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery within the Technology department.
Profile
A successful Incident Management Team Lead should have:
- Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
