To support the continued growth of a portfolio company of BlackFin Capital Partners, ASPORTO, Unipessoal Lda. is recruiting for this position based in Porto, Portugal.

BlackFin’s portfolio companies is a leading German capital management company (KVG) with more than €400 billion in assets under administration, serving institutional investors across Europe. BlackFin Capital Partners is a European private equity firm specializing in investments in high-growth financial services companies. The firm currently manages over €4 billion in assets and invests through its two most recent funds: BlackFin Financial Services Fund IV (€1.8 billion) and BlackFin Tech 2 (€390 million).

ASPORTO is being established as a dedicated and strategic Service Center for the capital management company. It is designed to serve as a key operational hub, delivering high-quality fund accounting and management company services while setting new benchmarks in scalability, process efficiency, and service excellence.

This role is with ASPORTO and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development and long-term success of the Porto platform.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Porto office.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the day-to-day operation of the office, contributing to a professional, efficient and welcoming working environment
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments and internal events
  • Provide administrative support to local management and teams
  • Manage office administration, archiving and overseeing general office logistics
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees (e.g. workplace setup, access rights, equipment, basic administrative support)
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, external service providers and visitors
  • Assist with basic invoice handling, cost tracking and administrative controls
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, structure and service quality across office operations

Your Skills:
  • Completed commercial training, business administration qualification or a comparable educational background
  • Professional experience in office management, administration, assistant roles or a similar environment is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and reliable working style
  • High level of independence, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Very good command of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and general affinity for digital tools
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, confident interaction style with different stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Fluent in Portuguese, very good command of English
