We are looking for an Amazing: Data engineer
Seniority: Junior (1-3 years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Solid experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in distributed storage technologies, particularly Azure Data Lake Storage, and data formats such as Parquet and Delta Lake.
- Experience across the full data solution lifecycle (ingestion, transformation, modeling, and data delivery).
- Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance data architectures.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Experience with code versioning and modern engineering best practices.
- Experience working in agile methodologies, with knowledge of DevOps/DataOps.
- Experience with real-time or near real-time data processing in an Azure environment.
- Knowledge and experience with Control-M.
- Experience with Informatic PowerCenter.
- Knowledge and experience implementing Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview.
- Knowledge and experience implementing Azure Analysis Services.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
