Join the yellow team as our new Digital Marketing Senior Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  • Inspirational leadership: Mentor and develop the Marketing & Sales team, set clear KPIs, and monitor results.
  • Strategic digital marketing: Plan and execute inbound/outbound campaigns, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Full sales funnel management: Optimize the lead journey, ensuring high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
  • Conversion-driven content: Create and coordinate strategic materials such as eBooks, white papers, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Data-driven analysis: Monitor metrics and performance, reporting actionable insights to maximize results.
  • Sales alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop presentations, case studies, and commercial proposals.
  • Commercial / Pre-Sales role: Act as the initial point of contact with potential clients, representing the company at sector meetings and events. Participate in fairs, conferences, and strategic encounters, expanding the company's network and generating new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • IT background is essential, with strong knowledge in DATA/AI.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, preferably in IT or technology consulting.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, KPI setting, and results tracking.
  • Mastery of lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Analytics and AI applied to marketing.
  • Results-oriented and growth mindset.
  • Commercial profile.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Important Information:

  • Hybrid work model: needs to work at the office 2 or 3 times per week in Almada or Aveiro.
  • Must be based in Portugal and hold valid work authorization.
