Job Description:
- Support activities across HR & Talent Management, People Operations, Communications, and Employer Branding, ensuring a seamless experience for all GRiT Universe
- Assist with HR contracts, recruitment processes, and related administrative tasks
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and overall experience
- Provide support in communications, events, and initiatives
- Assist with the management of employee benefits
- Support training programs and professional certifications
- Provide support to the recruitment team as needed
Must-Have:
- Passionate about employee experience, engagement, and company culture
- Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Committed, responsible, empathetic, and dependable
- Driven to foster happiness and wellbeing at work
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative and critical thinker
- Functional English proficiency
Would be great if you have:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative support is a plus
- Hands-on with practical visual content tools
