Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer with a strong SRE mindset to ensure the stability and performance of our critical applications. You'll blend strong technical support with DevOps principles, focusing on proactive reliability and automation.
- Provide senior-level technical and functional support for complex applications.
- Manage and maintain operating systems in a Linux environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead incident resolution and in-depth root cause analysis.
- Develop Shell and Python scripts for automation and efficiency.
- Apply DevOps best practices to improve system reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and/or Grafana.
- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Application Support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting.
- Strong Shell and Python scripting abilities.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles.
- Proven experience with Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
