This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
What are we looking for?
-Academic background in either Computer Science (or similar IT degree), Economics or Finance;
-Less than 3 years of experience in a similar role;
-Passion and experience in 3rd line IT Support role related tasks;
-Proven experience in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages;
-Understanding in object-oriented languages;
-Familiarity with basic Financial concepts;
-Proficient in English.
Nice-to-have:
-Experience with Oracle; IQ; ASE; Hive database;
-Experience with VBA; SQL Workbench; GitLab, Control-M, BitBucket; CFT; Jenkins; Kakfa; Big Data; Unix;
-Familiarity with basic ITIL;
-Familiarity with Jira / Confluence;
-Knowledge of French.
