Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. Responsibilities:
Stats Perform is looking for an experienced DCA to take up the role of Senior DCA within their Rugby Data Operations department. In this role, you will be aiding and supporting in the data collection of live & post rugby matches and the general maintenance associated with the successful output of the data collected. You will provide support to DCAs during their games and will monitor and record DCA performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Accurate advance planning of live/post operations - seating plan, production schedule up to date, all shifts for that day are filled
- Monitor and record the attendance, lates and absences of DCAs during shift
- Supervise live/post data collections and be on call for any ad hoc issues that arise for DCAs during their matches
- Monitor & record DCA performance
- Process assigned games and complete final QC checks
- Act as liaison between Team Leads and DCAs and Other Ad Hoc Projects
- Ensure that the Data Operations team adhere & comply to all ISO 9001:2015 objectives & regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate within a team and to a wider department
- A strong feel for quality control, identifying errors and suggesting solutions
- Excellent organisation skills
- Evening, night and weekend availability essential
- Expert knowledge of DCA related policies, practices and procedure and a proven track record of applying them
- Good attendance and time keeping record
- In depth knowledge of the major world-wide Rugby competitions
