This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- +5 years of experience providing support level 1 and 2;
- Experience resolving incidents and managing RITMs:
- Expertise in Service Now (mandatory);
- Experience in ITIL V4 and IPCR Management processes;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Note: hybrid basis in Lisbon (2x por week).
