Description
- Oversee one or multiple software applications, ensuring they follow application life cycle management frameworks.
- Collaborate actively with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and business needs.
- Translate business needs into actionable development tasks for the technical team.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of applications.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Provide support and training to end-users regarding application usage.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the application's status and potential improvements.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience through technology solutions.
Profile
A successful IT Application Manager - Employee Experience should have:
- Past experience as IT HR Expert, IT Business Partner, IT Application Manager, Business Analyst and/or Project Manager;
- Proven experience in application life cycle management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to software applications.
- Ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance the user experience.
- Problem-solving skills to address application-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks used in software development and management.
- Ability to work in multicultural, multi-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
