Must-Have:
- 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Integration projects
- Proven track record in successfully implementing and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & - Goals, Succession and Development, People Analytics)
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other iPaaS.
- Knowledge on understanding business requirements and technical components
- Fluent or good knowledge of English
- Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Would be great if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
- SAP Certification
- Experience in designing, building, and deploying other SAP-based ERP solutions
