Product Data Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Administrative Assistant to support the product and merchandising teams in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information across our systems and channels. This role is primarily administrative and operational, involving data entry, updates, and coordination across departments to support the smooth flow of product-related information from creation to in-store availability.

This role will be responsible for:

• Product Data Entry & Maintenance: Create and update product records in the ERP system, including product names, descriptions, pricing, sizes, colors, and other attributes;
• Support for Commercial Updates: Assist with implementing seasonal changes, price updates, stock transfers, promotions, and product discontinuations;
• Administrative Support: Assist the merchandising team with scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, organizing files and product information databases;
• Inventory Coordination: Help monitor stock levels and assist with internal communication regarding inventory needs and updates;
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with design, buying, marketing, and retail teams to ensure accurate and timely product information;
• Product Allocation Support: Assist with preparation of product allocation documents and lists to support store distribution planning;
• Follow-Up on Data Requests: Process internal requests for updates to product information in the system (e.g., name changes, re-categorization, pricing corrections).
  
  

About you:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• A passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of the industry's latest trends and dynamics.
