Here at Curaleaf, we're looking for a proactive and organised Production Assistant to join our cultivation team. In this role, you'll keep operations running smoothly by managing documentation, reporting, and daily admin in a regulated production environment.

This is a 10 month temporary contract covering maternity leave with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and organising cultivation documentation, including batch dossiers, forms, and logbooks.

Processing and tracking orders, technical and safety data sheets, suppliers, and assisting with gowning management.

Coordinating with the Quality department to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Preparing and managing labels for equipment, products, areas, and waste, ensuring correct handling and separation by cultivation teams.

Reviewing and processing cannabis waste data for Infarmed regulatory reports.

Supporting HR and other departments with training, cost tracking, and ad-hoc projects.

About you:

As Production Assistant, you'll be helping our cultivation teams stay organised, compliant, and running smoothly. You are:

Proactive, organised, and able to focus on tasks to completion

Responsible, reliable, and committed to working with integrity

Methodical and persistent, following processes accurately

Experienced in administrative or secretarial roles and comfortable with Microsoft Office

Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about GACP, GMP, or cannabis production processes

Good at communicating and collaborating with colleagues across teams

Comfortable working in English at a basic professional level
