This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a PowerBI Developer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) .
Requirements :
- Between 6-9 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and writing complex queries for data extraction and transformation, while also being familiar with SQL Server performance tuning and optimization of queries;
-Experience with ETL process and knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture;
-Experience with DAX Studio for analyzing and debugging DAX queries;
-Experience with data visualization principles and best practices;
- Strong proficiency in creating, publishing, and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, along with a solid understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices;
-Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams, driving successful project execution and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and design robust solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Nice to have:
-Solid understanding of Power Platform: including Power Apps and Power Automate;
-Understading version control practices for BI projects, including using tools like Git and Bitbucket for version management;
-Solid understanding of R or Python scripts to transform and load complex queries and generate visualizations.
