What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in an operational role
- Strong ability to identify issues and root causes quickly and accurately
- Experience with service management (SLA monitoring, ticket handling, escalations)
- Solid expertise with Azure, particularly web applications
- JavaScript development experience
- Strong knowledge of data security and regulatory requirements
- Experience with ChatGPT or other generative AI technologies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with GitHub and DevOps practices
- Experience with Terraform and/or Bicep for automated infrastructure deployment
- Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
- English and French B2 (mandatory)
