What are we looking for?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Application Support, with proven hands-on experience as a Key Configurator or functional/technical administrator of the MILES platform.
- Mandatory knowledge of Miles Modules, Miles Platform, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Experience in functional and technical management of the MILES tool, including its configuration, user and permission management, data imports/exports, workflows, and business processes.
- Ability to resolve technical incidents, provide user support, and prepare functional documentation and training materials.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and excellent collaboration abilities.
- Nice to have: Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), ServiceNow, and/or in the financial sector.
